. What types of wood do you use for your projects?
Because our projects are custom, the wood types are chosen by the customer.Β When the customer ask us to choose we commonly use maple or birch cabinet grade plywood.Β For projects that require solid wood, we use maple, popular, oak or pine.Β All wood used is cabinet grade top quality.
When you say custom what exactly do you mean.
As an example, if we build you a bed, you pick the color, height, wood species and any hardware accessories needed for the build.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, our standard deposit is 50%
How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your project, but most smaller custom orders are completed within 1β2 weeks and larger projects may take 3-6 weeks. Weβll keep you updated every step of the way
How long is your warranty?
Our standard warranty is normallyΒ 1-3 years depending on the item. That being said, we will fix any piece that we build.Β Β
